    Please choose Cash On Delivery option on your checkout page. Once delivery gets to you, pay cash to courier. (AVAILABLE ONLY ON UAE, COURIER STRICTLY ACCEPTS CASH ONLY FOR COD, NO CARD MACHINE)

     

    SHIPPING AND CHARGES

    How long delivery takes?

    • SAME DAY Delivery (SELECTED AREAS IN DUBAI ONLY) - if you place your order before 11:00 AM, you will be contacted by our team (means you reached the cutoff for the same day delivery) . If you confirmed the order immediately before 11:00am, delivery will be same day ANYTIME from 1pm till evening.

    *Please take note that if you want to change your address, you have to inform us before 11am.

    • Next day Delivery  for SHARJAH, AJMAN & DUBAI (far area). If you placed the order before 3pm everyday, delivery starts from the next working day. (except Friday and holidays.)
    • 2-3 Working Days for ABU DHABI, AL AIN, RAS AL KHAIMAH, FUJAIRAH &  UMM AL QUWAIN

     

    (*please take note that there may be early cutoff timings for SAME DAY Delivery depending on the volume of shipments we have for Dubai so your shipment can be scheduled the next day instead.*)

      No worries! Our Team and delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for delivery. We will follow up your shipment every time until you get it safely. In the event your order is not delivered within the time frame agreed on with our delivery partner, please contact our Customer Care team at +971 56 591 3232.
