Japchae (잡채; 雜菜) is a savory and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine.
1. Put noodle into boiling water, boil for 5 minutes, and drain.
2. Sauté the sliced beef and shitake mushroom with Japchae sauce (2 oz/ 4tsbp). Saute sliced onion, carrot in greased pan. Blanch the spinach, rinse in cold water and drain.
3. Mix well all the prepared ingredients with condiments listed.
