Psyllium powder is known for being fibre-rich. It can help with digestion, reduce cholesterol level, and improve constipation.
1. Put a teaspoon (2~4g) of psyllium powder in 300 ml of cold water
2. Quickly mix and consume as the mixture will thicken and expand rapidly.
*Consume 2-3 times a day
*Recommend to consume small amounts in the beginning and gradually increase the amount.
*Drink with enough amount of water to prevent constipation.
You can also consume with milk, yoghurt.
